Justin Mott is an acclaimed photographer and filmmaker recognized for his ability to craft authentic and emotionally compelling visual narratives. Over the past two decades, Justin has built a career rooted in truth and visual impact, completing more than 100 assignments for The New York Times and collaborating with some of the world’s most respected brands. His work has been featured in National Geographic, CNN, BBC, Forbes, Leica, The Guardian, The Wall Street Journal, NBC, and TIME Magazine, to name a few. His ability to adapt quickly, lead teams efficiently, and balance professionalism with approachable, relaxed energy has made him a trusted creative partner across industries.
Justin collaborates with Leica, ensuring he always has access to the most advanced tools and technology in the industry. His work has also been featured in Leica’s prestigious "Witness" ad campaign, showcasing his commitment to storytelling through powerful, authentic imagery.
Based in Vietnam but working globally, Justin is the founder of Mott Visuals, a premium production house specializing in high-end commercial photography and video production. He also created ASKMOTT, an online photography education platform and YouTube channel dedicated to helping photographers refine their craft.
A passionate advocate for conservation storytelling, Justin serves as a global ambassador for Helping Rhinos. His personal projects focus on documenting wildlife and conservation efforts worldwide, using photography as a tool for awareness and impact.
